Sales person was good.  My finance manager was a crook!  They try to sell you on a payment, and if your rate comes in favorable, they add in services, you did not ask for, with out authorization.  Only reason I noticed was I read the contract and the negotiated purchase price was off by a couple of thousand dollars.  When I asked about this the response i got was " the payment was with in your range so I thought these services were a benefit and since they payment was where you were hoping I added them".  If I did something like that in my industry I would lose my license.  Total BS!

They picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off at work before my shift ended. Joel kept in touch the whole way and explained everything perfect. I would definitely  recommend.  Very professional.

I was very satisfied with my experience in the service department.  Everyone was courteous and all was done in a timely fashion.  I have no complaints.

Your money is invaluable. Your time isn’t important. Their customer service is terrible. Poor attitude at the service desk.  The certified car salesmen meet the stereotype of used car salesmen. They are misleading and condescending. Don’t buy in to the free Onstar and amazing app. It is free for 3 months then you go to basic service which is nothing.  They will blow up your phone text messages and emails trying to get you to buy XM, Onstar and warranties.  And don’t buy a Verano. They are terrible in the snow.

I Leased a 2016 New style Malibu from Patsy Lou with 0 miles. We have had a ECM put in the car already. It has left us stranded more than once. Get it towed to patsy screw and they say they cant find a issue. Today the Turbo went out on the car. Take it to Patsy Lou and they tell us we have no rentals, you need to drive this car around (knowing it is way under power and unsafe to drive with my 5 year old son in it) . TODD is the guy that we always get to deal with and let me tell you he is MEAN and not WILLING to help whatsoever .  So I called Suski and they say YES bring the car out we have 8 rentals you can take your pick and WE WILL get the car fixed . Just one phone call and they already won my business . I guess three leased vehicles was not enough to get good service through patsy lou. I know where I will be going in the future . Funny thing is, the Salesman that I got the three cars from is Now Selling at Suski and QUIT patsy screw. Ironic? I think not!!
