Vehicle City Harley-Davidson is a “wow factor” level dealership! Just looking at this place makes you think they are doing things right.

They are conveniently located off I-75 in Flint, MI housed in a real good looking building. There’s wrought iron style fencing surrounding the huge parking lot and big building. The place looks straight-up impressive.

As soon as I walked inside, the guys behind the service desks said “Hi” and asked how they could help. Since I was there to get a shirt, I let them know that and was pointed in the right direction. 

I was immediately helped out when I got over to the area with all the shirts and stuff. The two gals working there could not have been more nice or more helpful. 

After buying a shirt I checked out the Harley-Davidson’s on the showroom floor. There were a ton of them. I couldn’t believe how many bikes they had there. 

One guy came over, told him I was from out of town and that I was just admiring the bikes after getting a shirt. He still took time to chat with me. I found out that the showroom was filled with the new bikes. He said they had 40 or 5O used bikes upstairs! 

The helpful friendly attitude of everyone I came into contact here was fantastic. 

The dealership itself was great looking including vintage bikes displayed on an open loft type area up around the ground level of the inside of the place. 

Based on the experience I had just shopping for a shirt, I would not hesitate to buy a new or used bike, get my Harley serviced, buy parts, or buy apparel. 

This place was impressive from top to bottom, inside and out.

Amazing place. Great selection of bikes and gear but also one heck of an event center. It even has its one diner for events. Amazing.

This place is a joke. Do not trust them. They "tried" to sell my bike through their consignment shop. Which is funny because when they couldn't sell it and I went to pick it up it no longer started. They tried to get me to pay $400 for repairs. First off, how can you sell a bike that doesn't run? Secondly,  it passed the inspection when I first brought it in.

Great place and people treat you like family. Have purchased 2 bike from them  and the service is the best. See Scott in service  and bubby in parts  great guys

Walked in with my wife and 3 kids.  Staff was courteous and polite to all of us, including the kids.  Sales reps were all friendly and helpful without being over bearing, answered questions without hesitation.  

I looked at several models, our sales rep, Mr. Bigley, showed me each bike I requested to see.  At no time did he ever try to pressure me into a more expensive bike I couldn't afford.  His full attention was on me and my wife.  As a result, I walked out with two brand new Harley's!  

I would definitely recommend these guys (and gals) to friends and family. I will also go back when I'm ready to upgrade.
