We had Patterson do a total remodel of 1700 sq feet of our home including kitchen, master bath, etc.  I highly recommend chosing Patterson for any project in your home.  Chance managed our project with excellent customer service.  He really made us feel taken care of and any small bump that came up he handled. Their teams are highly professional and personable which was important because we lived in the home the whole time.  Their tile work is amazing on both the floors and bathroom.  Ramon was very detailed in working with the bathroom tile and it turned out great.   Mark and Mark were the fantastic painters who worked so cleanly.  Patterson also fixed major plumbing and electrical issues for us.  We are so pleased with the way it turned out that we have asked Patterson to renovate the last few bedrooms of the home and our exterior as well.

Overall I was very happy with Patterson Remodeling. They were delayed due to the holidays, and possibly could have better estimated when they could get the project done. That being said, once they started the project they finished ahead of schedule and compensated me for any inconvenience caused by the delay. The work they did on my floors was very professional, and looks fantastic! Thanks Patterson!

I highly suggest both Chance and his company Patterson Remodeling.  My wife and I felt that everything was taken care of and the results are spectacular.  The communication and suggestions put them ahead of the competition.  

Paying to remodel a bathroom is a leap of faith and we are glad we chose Patterson Remodeling.  Every step was full of support and the finished product is better than we had hoped for!

We had a leak in our house in Arizona, and Bryce and his team are top notch, they finished the job ahead of time, and within budget. Truly professional from start to finish, highly recommended.

Exceptional customer service ! We hired Patterson remodeling to install tile in our home .. they finished ahead of schedule and did an amazing job ! I would recommend them if your looking for a reliable and dependable company ... Andrew communicated with us on a daily basis through out the process and followed up after to ensure we were pleased !
