If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve worked with JP and Quality Reliable Solutions on multiple occasions and in every instance they have performed quality work in a timely manner. JP was very responsive and was available anytime I had any questions. I really appreciated that he always kept me informed about the progress of their work. Perhaps the best part is that they’re skilled in many different areas—plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, etc. This way they were really a one-stop shop and I didn’t have to go out to hire or find different people for all the work. I would recommend Quality Reliable Solutions to anyone without hesitation. I certainly plan on working with them again in the future!

I hired QRS to paint the interior of my home, install laminate flooring, install carpet, install granite counter tops, replace all base boards, and install plantation shudders. I informed the project manager that I needed to be out of the rental I was living in by February 1. He assured me that this job would be finished in one week, maybe two. The project manager was late to order the dumpster for debris, so when the demo actually began, the workers had no place to put their garbage. It sat in a huge pile in the middle of my garage for days. The project manager was lazy in getting the lock box for keys. We had to change the flooring we were in love with because the project manager didn't order what was needed in time. We went to Home Depot and picked the baseboards that we wanted. What we received were two different types of base boards. As the customer, I can only assume that these were materials left over from another job, and QRS was trying to save cost at my expense. I informed QRS of this issue with the base boards. They did nothing. The workers trashed my front yard and left garbage everywhere. Shutters installed before paint was done. Although I paid for my add on room to be painted, QRS only painted two of the four walls. My wife and I had to finish that job. I came to the house one evening to find leaking pipe fittings in the laundry room and kitchen sink. Although I paid for the closet in my master bedroom to be painted, QRS was intending not to paint it. There were several reason's why it wasn't painted and several reasons why I shouldn't expect it to be painted, even though that is I paid for. A few days before February 1, I knew that the house would not be livable in time. Not even close. I contacted the project manager and expressed my feelings of concern. I also informed him that due to QRS's inability to meet the necessary deadline, I believed QRS should be monetarily responsible for the hotel expense that would be incurred because of our need to move out of our condo and our inability to move into our new home. He argued this with me. He even went as far as reaching out to my lender to flip the bill for the hotel. Eventually I spoke with the owner of the company, and he agreed to reimburse me for the hotel expense. Because of the need to move, and my inability to move in, I had to store all of my belongings in the garage. These belongings included brand new appliances, furniture, electronics, and a brand new water heater. Due to fear of getting ripped off, while my family of four were forced to stay at a hotel, I was forced to sleep in a gutted house, on a mattress on the floor, with loaded gun. When the job was finally finished, QRS sent a crew out to take care of the ticky tack stuff. They missed repainting the repaired kitchen wall that was damaged from the back splash that was mistakenly installed. Months after living in my home, I went to spot clean a wall that had been painted. The paint came right off. That is when I discovered that primer was not used to prep my wall for paint. I contacted the owner, and he informed me that I did not pay for the wall to be prepped with primer. I informed him that the project manager never gave me that option. Soon after paint started peeling from other areas QRS painted as well. Because the project manager neglected to give me the option of doing the job right, I felt that I should be refunded a portion of what I payed for paint. The quality expected just wasn't there just months after the work was complete. After several emails about this topic, the owner of the company told me to kick rocks, then handed me to a person named Rachel who then chastised me for making the owner upset. Also, there was a piece of trim installed for a 90 degree step where laminate flooring was laid. Although it didn't feel totally secure when first installed, I tried to trust the integrity of the trim. It fell off months ago. Also, the window guy called me threatening to put a lien on my house because QRS was late paying him. Real professionals.
