Joe Nestor is not to be trusted and should not be allowed to sell real estate.  I called Joe Nestor on Monday about seeing a piece of property later in the week.  He told me that it was an estate and that any offers had to be approved by a court and it would take a minimum of 5-days.  So there was time to see it on Saturday.  I called again on Wednesday and Joe said that the property was already under contract.  I will never use Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate
