I had a great experience with Brian, I recently rented an apartment in Delaware with his management company.  Brian was professional, courteous, and responded quickly to any request or issue.  Overall I would 100% recommend working with his company.  I've been renting for a while and it's very hard to find companies that will follow up as quickly and efficiently as they did!

Very poor property management. They stole our money all year long, tenant came to us before bothering the unresponsive manager.

Gleidson went well above, and far beyond the typical efforts of any real estate agent. Over the years, this is the fourth home we have purchased, and we have dealt with real estate agents in New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, and Pennsylvania. The reason we now reside in Delaware, is strictly and solely due to the caring and continuing efforts of Gleidson Alencar.

Mr. Alencar was always available to answer our questions and give sound, tempered, and accurate advice (even late at night, weekends, or early in the pre-coffee morning. Yes, even when he was supposed to be 'on vacation' with his family). Gleidson is a very strong asset to the Patterson Schwartz family of real estate professionals.
