I enjoy coming to Paul B. I fish 2-3 times a week here. They have had the lake drained down this winter and the fishing has been tough. However it seems like they are starting to fill it again. It's a very well kept park and lake. Very family friendly.

The state park is very quite nestled back in the DeSoto National Forest with a beautiful lake with gazebo's all around so you can have picnic's with you family's. They offer hunting and fishing licenses at a small cabin right after you come in the park. They offer swimming at other ponds, cabins, and trails plus so much more. Will worth the visit

Nice big and open campsites some are up hill so check and ask for level sites. We had water front full hook up. Google maps took the back way in.

Park is beautiful and seems to be well staffed and maintained. Clean, hot shower on a chilly night, fun and decently challenging disc golf course, had the primitive camp area to myself. Would visit again.

Attended the birthday party of a long time dear friend, the facilities at the main office were used and were quite adequate in all respects. Additionally a nice scenic drive around the lake are available if one has the time and inclination. Had a great time.
