We had an old deck removed from the back of our house, and replaced it with a paver patio. Unfortunately, the area the deck had been attached to was rotten and ant infested.  The work involved replacing a large section of the compromised perimeter board and extend vinyl siding along our home, where the deck used to be. Siding was also extended around the new stair case, with careful attention to proper water channeling. An old vent was also replaced.

When my deck was removed, an area of very bad looking wood was exposed. I was concerned about how this could be fixed. Also, the appearance of new siding extending from the original area, especially around the new stairs, was of concern to me. I have to say, Paul Wright’s technicians were really good in working with me on several issues. They coordinated with me on the timing for getting an exterminator to treat the new boards, proper flashing and snow & ice shielding before the new steps were put in, and completing the siding in a way that looked the way I expected it to. They even carefully covered the new board with tack-paper to protect it until the Ehrlich guy could come. They kept my new patio clean and neat throughout the process. Even my wife commented on how professional and polite they were I also appreciated how respectful, considerate, and professional they were. The new siding wood repairs came out looking great. I highly recommend Paul Wright Roofing.
