I was very disappointed. They came to clean my gutters when I wasn't home, which was not the plan, and I discovered what a substandard job they did only after I had already paid the bill. They had been highly recommended, so I was quite surprised at the poor quality of work. They left at least one downspout completely clogged with years worth of leaves (photo uploaded). I called and explained my concern and was told someone would get back to me, but no one did. I thought I was hiring professionals who would do a good job, but that was not my experience with Alan Kunsman Roofing & Siding. UPDATE: The reply about rectifying the problem is mere window dressing. I did indeed call back and all they did was agree that the crew did substandard work. There was no offer to redo the work nor provide a refund. Alan Kunsman Roofing came recommended, but I'll never hire them again.

These guys are the best.  The area around my chimney leaked and I had 3 roofers attempt to fix it.  All 3 of the other companies were unable to make the fix but yet I was charged by each company.  I feel Ryan at Kunsman is the most knowledgeable roofer in the Lehigh Valley.  He knew exactly how to fix it and pointed out what the previous companies did wrong.  2 months later, I had an issue with my skylight leaking and trusted they were going to be able to fix it.  Sure enough.  They did a great job once again.  I highly recommend these guys.
Don't waste your time getting quotes from anyone else.  These guys are the only company you should trust for any roofing issues.

Excellent experience we had with the sales rep Don.  The crew was very efficient.  Excellent clean up found one nail in the grass and I looked everywhere.  Invoice was just as quoted. would highly recommend.

My girlfriend used this company to have a new roof put on before I met her, and it won't happen again. They charged her and outrageous amount and didn't even finish the job. She was taken advantage of by a company that saw a single mother who didn't know anything about construction or roofing. I hope this company goes bankrupt for what they have done to other people.

We moved into our home 10+ years ago. This 40 year old home of hours needed lots of work.  A friend of ours recommended Alan Kunsman Inc. We followed up on that recommendation and are very happy that we did.  Over the years Kunsman staff have replaced all of our windows, installed several interior and exterior doors, repaired and/or  replaced gutters damaged by super storm Sandy, and repaired a roof leak that other roofers could not handle.  When we have a problem we call Kunsman. End of searching and wasting time getting bids from other contractors. Need a new roof? Windows? Doors ? Siding?  Gutters? Call Kunsman. We 're happy we did  You'll be happy too.
