Room was small, and difficult to get around the bed to the bathroom. Could easily hear our neighbors which became an issue when they had teenagers constantly opening and slamming doors. Had an issue with the TV when we arrived, but service man came and replaced quickly. Very nice that it is just a short walk to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants without needing to cross streets.

Nice motel for the money. No streets to cross for the boardwalk which is half block and right by the Music Pier. Simple rooms and nice heated pool. Cozy restaurant which serves 3 meals. Outdoor umbrella tables within a pretty landscaped courtyard also. Only downfall is the extra cost per night for a microwave and if visiting during peek season or over a holiday, housekeeping forgets to come back with towels and other items. Had to keep hunting someone down to retrieve certain items. All in all, the Pavilion Motor Lodge is nice and at a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this place. This is our 4th year visiting.

We were able to book a room at the end of the summer just a couple of weeks before we planned to go. The 2-queen room was big enough to accommodate a queen-sized air mattress for one of our kids. The pool could be better maintained. The water was always cloudy and the paint is peeling around the edge.

Needs better parking for the apartment there may have been mice in it too but I still had a great experience here I come back every summer.

This is a local gem located walking distance from the board walk with no need to cross any streets. The parking was great and the pool was clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I wonder if they will have a continental buffet soon.
