Definitely pay you bottom dollar for your stuff. Brought in over 250$ worth of stuff and they gave me $40. I understand who these places work so I know they need to make money too but come on. Other then that, the customer service is good. The gentleman that I dealt with was really nice and patient with me.

Don't be fooled by these reviews, there are some con artists. Last week I went called in to buy a professional camera. They said they had two available, 1 for $275 which included the Batter Pack and Lens, and a $300  one brand new. BOTH were the Canon T3i. Me thinking I'm getting more for less, I purchased the used one and  I used the camera in the store before I purchased. At first it was a problem, turning on but the one guy (with facial hair) did something to get it on. I brought it home, and tested it by putting my memory card in it, and BOOM, it stopped working. Less then 2 hours later I brought it back to trade it back in for the money I payed and was going to use that and pay the difference for the Newer t3i camera. Of course they made it seem like they sold the  newer camera (which wasn't even on display might I add) 15 minutes after I left. Sketchy right? as I described the issue, he maintained his stance on the battery charge (both in the battery pack was over 75% charged) and did NOT work individually. So I decided to leave to come back the next day when Justin,  one of the other managers, was present (or so he claimed to be). Mind you the whole time NONE of them looked me in my face while they gave their "reason" the camera didn't work. I know, VERY SKETCHY...Also feeding me the same lies about the Used Camera, gave me every excuse in the book on why they couldn't take it back. Doing Photography for over 5 years, one thing I know is Cameras. Ultimately I was sold a Defected Camera, They are bad for business, I won't be coming back, and whoever is Reading this, please be cautious when purchasing from this pawn shop because they don't take accountability when they are in the wrong apparantly.. Hopefully someone from upper management will be able to further review the professionalism of their employees moving forward!!! :/

This Pawn Shop is really low rent. Inside it looks like someones dirty garage filled with junk. If you're selling anything they pay bottom dollar prices. You'll get a 3rd there value if you are lucky. My suggestion is if you have the time to sell your items on Ebay and get paid what the items are worth. The only value this place has to the community is for people that need quick cash. They take advantage of you because of this. Avoid!

This people are very nice and sell good stuff, and I never regret buying and sell my stuff with them, and so happy to highly recommend  them for everyone else that need to buy or sell their fairly used stuff..
