I went to this bank to cash a check while I waited on a new card. I presented the counterperson my license and phone with account information. He then deposited my 2-week paycheck into the account of somebody else with the same first and last name, but different middle name and account number. When I asked within 10 minutes of the mistake in that same visit, I was told I couldn't get my money back because it was in an account I had no access to. TD literally stole my paycheck

This bank is literally trying to steal money from you in fees and penalties. Don't make an account you will lose your hard earned money. This corporations does not bank human they treat you like your wrong when the bank takes your money for no reason

The tellers and themanagement all are very nice to deal with. Very business like but friendly as well. I think I will move all my accounts to this bank.
