Perhaps they are simply understaffed, but they take an extraordinarily long time to answer the phone and sometimes they don't even know how to help you. A lot of policies get changed very often so I imagine The staff has a tough time keeping up with it. Overall, the service within there is mediocre at best.

there's one dark skinned lady who gives great advice and helped me through a lot of aid questions and even offered me time in the office to sort out my financial aid problems, but everyone else I've talked to is awful and seem to have no idea what theyre doing

Don't think I can describe how garbage they are. They honestly make the university look really bad. Rowan needs to get their financial aid office together.

Never answer the phone and terrible service. Might as well go to a different college or find another way to get financial aid through.
