This place is truly empathetic towards the passing of your pet. Our cat was like a member of our family so we wanted her to be cremated with the dignity she deserved. We didn't want her body to just be shipped off to some random crematorium and have the ashes back. So we called Juan to schedule the cremation with paws and cherish. From the first time I spoke to him on the phone to when we had her services scheduled; he was nothing but professional and sympathetic of our situation.

What truly puts this place over the top is that they understand that your pet is a member of your family. I felt that they treated the situation with the same seriousness and empathy as you would expect when a human passes away. We even got to view her entire cremation from start to finish and have our own little service. If your a huge animal lover who's pet has unfortunately passed away; give them a call. I think the way they took care of our cat truly helped with bringing closure to losing her.

The day had come to make that difficult  decision for my furbaby Chevy (dog).   Never having to make this decision before, I didn't know what to expect.  Marie, who was my vet during this process with Paws and Cherish, was compassionate, loving and understanding.  She made me feel the comfort that I was longing for.  Marie was wonderful from her first phone call to the day after with her heartwarming text to see how I was doing.  Thank you Marie and everyone at Paws and Cherish for making this difficult time memorable that I will always cherish that my furbaby Chevy was in good hands.  Now he is home with me.

The facility has been recently completely renovated, it's beautiful and serene and dignified. The entire staff are very kind and considerate, and act like professional funeral directors. They handle your pet with respect at all times.  I've used Paws & Cherish twice, and find the price is fair and the level of service excellent. It's a wonderful way to say goodbye to your beloved pet and to be with them all the way through, and then bring them back home again. I would recommend this business to everyone going through the difficult time of losing a pet companion.

I work at a vets office and we use this company for all the clients that get their pets cremated. I've always loved seeing what comes back because it is always so beautiful what they do. Unfortunately, my dog passed away and I decided I wanted to have her ashes back. I also ordered a clay paw print. When I picked up my dog i noticed the print was missing. We called the company and they said they forgot to make one and they would upgrade our urn for us. I was dissatisfied because they didn't even bother to refund the money I paid for all of this and obviously my puppy was very special to me. Other than that the way they return cremains is beautiful!

We held a viewing service for our beloved Dorito.  It was a beautiful way to say our final goodbyes.  Staff was helpful and understanding of our deep loss.  Tomorrow our princess Portia will also be cremated there.
