Good reward program. Excellent dog trainers. Kenny is the best. Very informative knowledgeable and loves her craft it shows.
You have to listen and put the time in with your dog if you want a well behaved animal.

Having a new rescue dog I quickly learned where to shop, where customer service is quality & staffed with knowledgeable employees. This is the worst place you can choose if you need help. You will be ignored, the staff will stay busy talking amongst themselves  and IF you manage to grab someone's  attention, they seem irritated and have no knowledge of how  to handle a pet. However, IF you just need well priced pet food, treats or toys...the price is right.

I love this place. I go every Saturday with my son and  my dog Mia. The prices are comparable to online and the employees are always around to help or answer questions.

Worst quality fish and nasty, snotty sales people. Bought 6 neons. All died. Other fish were fine. Sales girl asked me how I killed them. All neons in store dead. Never again.
