Just like any other Payless, same product as other, nothing special about this one. Hit and miss on the staff, some are helpful and some either can't tell or don't care to tell you where things are. Shoes are cheaper some last longer than expected and others fall apart quickly but they have a great exchange period

Waited 10 minutes to check out because the clerk was too busy cleaning. When she finally came over she charged new extra for socks that I picked out because I was waiting so long. I pay with a credit card but when she runs the refund she gives me cash back then makes me fill out a form of all my information because she messed up then decides to give me cash back. Almost returned everything. If I didn't need the shoes for work, I would have returned everything.
