Very unhappy.  Don't look for decent assistance with fitting.  Formerly had a pair I was very pleased with.  Came to get another pair... different crew working.  Should have been same size, 12 1/2 or 13. Ended up being too large.  Went to exchange and clerk kept insisting I had purchased 11 1/2 last time, against my judgment.  Accepted exchange thinking they would wear in.  Made my feet sore.  Too small!  Still getting over the corn that 11 1/2 pair put on my foot.  No further exchange allowed.  I'm out $120, with no boots I can wear.  Beware.

Most red wing stores i have been to have been spectacular staff friendly and attentive even if all your looking for is to treat your boots. I found this location to be one of the worst in terms of friendly customer service. However i have never been disappointed in a red wing boot. I will just have to find a new location.

I stood their for a good 15 minutes looking at steel toes just rolled out of bed on a Saturday 55 hr week go get me some red wings nope two business guys were there. Who didnt even look like they've ever stepped onto a construction site. Where being helped so i looked and looked till enough time had pasted to just walk out i made eye contact with them. Just a bad store
