I have used PCBB for both their ALM and ALLL services for multiple years now and their service has been well above what i receive from other vendors. The turn time on reports is very quick all reporting is generally finalized 10-14 days from quarter end and the data provided is insightful. I also really appreciate that in every step of the process I feel like i am being made a priority regardless of how big or small by request. By outsourcing these processes I am able to free up my time and spend it analyzing results and coming up with new strategies rather than simply running the numbers.

We have been working with Jay Kenney and PCBB team for over a year now and the experience has been great. Truly smart and professional organization who wants to help their banking partners.

Place is awful. Hated dealing with the folks that work here
