Spent $25 on a car wash and it was terrible . Actually revacuumed it out when I got home. Windows were streaked with armor all and were terrible when the sun hit them. Had to redo those as well. You could still see dirt on the vehicle as well. This is the second time this has happened and am tired of hearing excuses about being short staffed each time! I’ve tried to give my business locally but would NEVER recommend Rubbber Ducky! Take the drive to Green Bay and go to PDQ! You won’t regret it!

I try to keep my business local but every time I request the extreme package I am told it will be a 3 or 4 hour wait as there are 1 or 2 in front of me and am encouraged to select a different package. It usually ends up taking about an hour. 
This morning I was told they are short staffed and there was a detail they had to get done by 4pm.  The best they could do was the Manager Select. 
Nevermind then. If you can't manage the services you offer then take them off the board. 
I'll take my business to GreenBay from now on.

They do not clean the weathertech mats in back seats nor vacuum the floor with managers special. And exterior back is still dirty. Not happy at all with service.

Amazed at how clean my car got after bringing it to Rubber Ducky! Inside & out it was like a brand new car. I've never been more satisfied! The customer service was phenomenal and I will be back!
