I love this hardware store. Great location.

I find myself at Pearl Ace a few times a week after finally becoming a homeowner. Folks there are incredibly helpful and it appears they really enjoy working there judging by the many interactions I have had with the employees. A few of them even greet me by name at this point which doesn't sound like much, but it's something I wouldn't experience in a place like Home Depot (and it brightens my day). On a few occasions, they didn't have the parts or hardware I needed for a project, but they were happy to point me in the right direction. Options are limited downtown as far as hardware stores go, and I am grateful that the one hardware store within walking distance is so great.

The customer service is AMAZING! From the moment I entered the store, I was treated like more than a customer, I was treated like a friend.

I was absolutely AMAZED at the fantastic customer service I recently received at Pearl ACE Hardware! Aside from it being a beautiful and organized store - the awesome staff were so helpful and friendly, I will now go there for everything I could possibly need! Thank you, David and crew!!

Amazingly helpful staff, Ace seems to overstaff specifically so there's always someone free to help you, and that alone is a good reason to go here. They also offer a wide selection of products and price points depending on your needs.
