I wasn't greeted when I first arrived. The staff was very snooty. Brittany, however, was very very very helpful & did an awesome job. Every time I come in to make a payment the ladies at the counter are SO RUDE & give me the hardest time about paying on my dress. I pay $50 at a time because I'm a full-time student, and the lady literally said, "That's all?" I understand if you don't order your dress in time, (You need to have paid 60% before they order), the dress could be discontinued.....BUT NO NEED TO MAKE COMMENTS. I decided to look elsewhere but was told I would only receive store credit. That's something Brittany should've told me upfront. Brittany was great, but everyone else........no.

My experience was surprisingly positive considering the reviews I read. I did not have an appointment and stated that as soon as I walked in the door. The older woman who greeted me at the door said that was no problem and welcomed me in to browse. She walked me to the showroom and turned me over to Sasha. Right off the bat, I told Sasha the same thing, "I am on my lunch and decided to pop in to see yall's selections and that I know I can't try on any dresses without an appointment". She said “that’s okay, you don’t need an appointment to try on dresses”. I was shocked because I haven’t been to or know of any shops where you can just walk in and try wedding dresses. She asked the appropriate amount of questions to get a feel for what I wanted. She pulled 5-6 dresses for me to try on. She was very focused on my needs and patient with me. Ms. Valerie (not sure if she is the manager or owner) was very helpful as well. When I expressed concern about something, they provided their expertise on things that I could change to make the dress more of my style. They suggested I try on veils and headpieces (which I had completely forgotten about), offered to take pictures, and even dimmed the lights to give me an idea of how the dress would look under different lighting. Not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured during my visit. Reviews, whether good or bad, serve a purpose and are usually spot on and very helpful. Be willing to give the business a chance or at least check it out for yourself because things may have changed. Owners should always strive to put their best foot forward but that doesn't mean they have to put up with rude behavior from a customer/client, nor can they please everyone. An unhappy customer, former employee, family member, ex bf/gf, business partner, etc., can write a bad review. That doesn’t make it true. I’m glad I ignored the reviews!!

This boutique has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Attitudes. Facial expressions and did I mention NASTY ATTITUDES. There are NO REFUNDS and a designer can go out of business and they STILL. WILL NOT refund you ANY money! Never again. It's not even my wedding and threw stress from this place alone is enough to ELOPE! AND THE DRESS MAY NOT CONGRESS AS IT LOOKED!

I would never recommend this place to ANY bride. My dress came in two sizes to small and would not zip. That is the worst thing that can happen to a bride. They told me there was nothing that they could do about it. Also, one of my bridesmaids dresses came in and they ordered the wrong size it was to big. I don't understand how this happens.

After many many many visits to alot of other bridal shops in the area, most of them higher end, Pearls Place finally gave me hope that I was a beautiful bride indeed and that I could find a dress. While I ultimately decided to get my dress made they turned my expierience into a positive one. I am forever grateful i did however get my bridesmaid dresses through them and the process had been seamless.
