Salon Experience - Please do not go to the salon at JCPenney and have your hair styled by Saysha. I went as a new client and told her I am not one who likes to cut their hair. She said I needed my ends cut and that was fine. But she cut like 3-4 inches off my hair. I had hair that reached half way down my back. I ended up with hair just below my shoulders. I was devastated. I'm still devastated and this happen in August. I don't know if she wasn't paying attention because all she did was talk. I should have known better because she had a client before and she cut too much of her hair. It took forever for my hair to grow and now I have to wait until it comes back. You trust that they know what they are doing because they are considered master stylist but this was terrible. I will never use their salon again.

I have not been to a JCPenny's in forever but after going I can see why the place is so popular. They have some excellent deals plus great sales. It's worth checking out.

Looking to be sized for a bra? Don't go here, they have no idea how to do it correctly or find a good bra that works for you. The girl sized me, then left me in the dressing room saying she was grabbing a few things for me and never came back! Minutes and minutes passed, I left the dressing room and looked for her for a few more minutes and still no sales girl! She just left me, so I left too. Dillard's in this same mall is great. Woman knew right away the bra I had on was too big and sized me correctly into a bra that fit so well within 5 minutes of arriving there! That's how service should be. Go to Dillard's.

Manager Danielle in the SEPHORA, should not be in the customer service field. She is rude, nasty, and disrespectful. As a former retail mgr, It is really hard to believe that someone like that is in management, and still employed. She definitely does not deserve her job.
