A very nice mall with a open layout and a wide variety of stores. You are able to get anything from skiing gear to ice cream. Down the main street there are a bunch of flower beds with adjuring sculptures. Very often, you will be presented with a musician of some sort playing as you walk by. Many street performers doing a great many tricks. A wonderful place for all ages.

Great place to eat, shop, and watch buskers. Lots of people watching in summer. Plenty of parking in the four parking garages. Pay on-street parking available as well. Parking Control aggressively enforces so use the pay stations. Walking mall with no cars. No dogs or bicycle riding on the mall. The Boulder Creek Path is a short walk away.

Having grown up near Boulder, gone to school at CU and now spending plenty of time visiting when I get a chance, Pearl Street Mall is one of a kind. Fantastic food at The Kitchen (Upstairs, Next Door and The Original), Salt, West End, Oak, and so much more with wonderful stores and unique offerings like Topo Designs, Peppercorn, and Into The Wind. I could spend hours shopping, eating and people watching. (Local Tip: Free parking can be found on many of the streets surrounding Pearl with just a couple blocks to walk to your destination so you don't always have to pay to park in a garage)

It was a decent collection of shops. Nothing all that special. The shops are pretty similar to what you'd see in any outdoor mall. The internatiomal film festival was in town so lots of little pop up shops as well. The foot traffic was heavy sometimes almost enough to be suffocating. The experience over all was nice but lack-luster.

It's a fun place to walk down and hang out with friends. A good amount of different options for restaurants and in the summer they have a few different ice cream shops which is fun there's also a good amount of local musicians that will play on the part where cars aren't allowed and that's fun to check out if you're going there on the weekend on a nicer day.
