I've dealt with Pearsons on multiple occasions - for HVAC and plumbing - and they've been wonderful each and every time. I've called them here for plumbing at my new home three times now and it's been thorough and quick, friendly and knowledgeable.

Craig was the last one to come by - second time I've seen him - and he was able to pinpoint the issue and address it within an hour. I get it was also the luck of the issue - I expected it to be worse - but even for the issue at hand, pricing was a pleasant surprise. 

Highly recommend!

Stay the hell away..!  I'd give zero stars but it wasn't an option!!  Had a heating repairman come to the house. He was rude and disrespectful and acted if he new everything. He was in such a hurry, he said it was the main controller board, and that he would have to order it. The next day he installed it, wanted the $400 flat fee for the board, before he left. 1 whole hour later we were having the same issue. So we called, and demanded someone different come out. We kept the old controller board, so he reinstalled it and cleaned a moisture drainage hose, and has worked fine ever since, I called and was told we were to be refunded about $225 and would be sent out later that day...  After calling up and asking where our refund is, the same old thing, the checks in the mail.. it doesn't take 18 days for the check to come us mail locally. You lost a customer and advise anyone else to go elsewhere..

So glad that we called Pearson Plumbing & Heating to install our new water heater. Justin came to the house, was professional and knowledgeable and had the new one in and the old one out quickly and without any mess.  It's great to have hot water again and we will definitely be calling them back the next time a need arises!

Ken is our "go to" plumber at Pearson and he is excellent;   he always knows just what to do and does it perfectly.  He is also very nice, courteous and willing to answer any questions you may have.  Thank you for a great job, well done.
