Good advice but was too expensive.

I have been  in the elder care industry for over 16 years. When it comes to  referring  our families and other professionals to a firm  who has the highest standards of professionalism, it will always be Peck Ritchey. Each of the attorneys are are highly respected advocates, and leaders in the aging field.  
Kerry Peck, rewrote  The State of Illinois Elder Abuse and and Neglect Act. You also will enjoy  Kerry's presentations. He is a dynamic and  an engaging speaker.

i was impressed at getting a quick appointment and that the attorney i spoke to was prepared. I was surprised that he had another attorney younger there at the meeting. i thought they may not take the case because there wasn't enough money in it but they said they would, and then when i decided to go with them  i called and they would not be found ,..to busy and then ,..i received the retainer letter i asked for with A TOTALLY different lawyer's name that charged a rate $225. MORE an  hour than what i was told.  A BAIT AND SWITCHED. scheme. i was disappointed. I called and they had NO EXCUSE

I have worked in the aging field for over 25 years and have known Kerry Peck and Peck Bloom, LLC since the firm started.  Kerry's legal world intertwines with the aging industry on a regular basis.  Kerry provides legal information and updates to professionals in our field, including social workers, nurses, care managers and all others who serve older adults. His insights are invaluable. I always refer anyone  who has older family members or clients with legal issues to Kerry. He always has an answer and a solution.  He is able to relate to non-lawyers in layman's terms and is extremely knowledgeable and articulate. I highly recommend Kerry and Peck Bloom.

Ron Webb helped my parents update everything from their estate plan and powers of attorney for health care decisions and advance driving directives to orderly distribution of personal items among siblings  and their memorial wishes.  He was very thorough, reassuring and patient.  The service and quality were top notch.  He was great to work with as was everyone at the firm.
