I found Sarah's firm by searching the web on one of the Bar web sites.  She wasn't the first call I made, but she was the first to give me "all the right answers" to my questions.  She handled my issues professionally, gave me good advice, and I am quite happy with the outcome.

When I needed an out of state attorney to overturn a 35-year-old fraudulent DUI conviction I chose Sarah based on the profile information on her website and the online reviews from associates and former clients. I understand now why she has so much positive feedback.  She is a pleasure to work with; honest, interested, responsive, and her experience in the courts and impeccable reputation with the judges and prosecutors was a major factor in achieving a timely dismissal for me.  I could not have asked for better representation while trying to free myself from a complicated and frustrating ordeal.

Passionate. That's the word I would use to describe how Sarah Toney feels about her clients and their concerns. She pours her soul into her clients. An amazing attorney. If you're in Chicago with an issue she's the first person you should call.

Sarah is an excellent attorney.  I attended the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College with her.  Was amazed at her knowledge of all the complicated issues involved in representing people charged with DUI.  If I have any questions she is one of the attorneys I trust to go to for answers.  Highly recommend her.
