First of all, Mike is a great guy that provides excellent customer service. Shopped around for a year, in fact we shopped here months ago. When we finally decided to go with Pedego, we knew where we were going to make our purchase. We've only had our bikes for a week and they are amazing. Lots and lots of fun.

I rarely write a review, but felt it was well deserved.  I purchased a Pedago electric bike to be shipped home to Ohio.    There were a few problems with the accessories and the shipping, but Mike stepped up and resolved everything immediately.  To me, this is the sign of a trustworthy dealer, someone who still helps you after a purchase has been complete!  Would highly recommend and am loving my new bike!

I would give this bike shop more stars if possible! Mike was very,  very helpful in describing the bikes in the store, setting several up for me to try.  I have not ridden a bike in many years due to an injury, so I was nervous. Mike was patient, and when I rode the Perego Interceptor, I was in love. In seconds. So smooth, easy and most of all, FUN! Mike changes out the handlebars, seat, adds fenders and more to make the bike totally awesome. I went for my first 14 mile ride yesterday. I am so very happy I bought this bike, I loved the ride. I did it in all of the setting. No help, with pedal assist and on a very curvy part, I used all electric motor!  I received a goody bag from Pedego about 2 weeks after my purchase. Great sway! A water bottle, watch, light back pack,  and a few more things. Really a fantastic store, due to Mike, the owner. He made my experience truly memorable, in a positive way. I highly recommend this store!!

Great Service, Great experience buying Electric Bikes. Mike and his tech  James will take care of you before and after the sale. Great prices and very nice people ! Thanks  you guys are the best.

Fantastic experience! Started with helpful phone call and exceeded expectations all the way through our visit. Drove an hour to "look" at e-bikes and left very happy with our purchase and glad we made the trip. Very knowledgeable and super friendly, thanks again!
