Such a wonderful office! I have only had the pleasure of seeing Dr Johnson and Dr Hansen, but know that Dr Frankford is very kind and Dr Wang came highly recommended.  The staff there are very patient and informative and the doctors really take the extra time with you to get the refraction right.  They have a large range of frame options and they are participating with a lot of insurances so it's a really great place to go.  I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to really get involved in their exam and the decision making process when planning your vision enhancing options.  World class.  You have a patient for life.

UPDATE Dec 2017: Went to Peepers for my annual eye exam. Love their new location. The store is huge. Everyone is still helpful. I will be a lifetime customer . 

My first visit to Peepers of Severna Park came after I lost my glass in a river.  After my last eye care experience at “My Eye Dr,” I needed a change, and based on a recommendation by a friend, figured I would give Peepers a try.  

Everything about the purchase experience was excellent--the staff was friendly and helpful, the storefront was clean and organize, and the selection was exhaustive.  Everyone who I talked to seemed to understand the situation I was in, and they seemed to want to help.  

After my exam, Sean the general manager helped me with my selection and order, and I was thrilled.  Even after a slight miscommunication, Peepers made every effort to make it right.

I would not only recommend Peepers to a friend, I would drive him there myself.

I can’t say enough about my experience here at Peepers of Severna Park. I recently called on a Monday morning requesting an appointment that day and was able to be seen within the hour. There was ZERO wait time. From the phone call to meeting the staff and Doctor everything was flawless. The new establishment is beautifully designed and they have a high tech camera that shows you the health of your eyes which eliminates the need of having to have your eyes dilated, not to mention you get to see your eyes on a large screen as the doctor is explaining everything to you is reassuring. I had vision insurance and they explained which benefits I could use and showed their offers in comparison. Turned out my insurance was the better deal and there was NO pressure to add anything special to my lenses, though each option was explained in depth. I should be picking up my glasses in the next several days and I can Not wait!! I was extremely pleased with my experience here. I would recommend Peepers of Severna Park to everyone!

I had my eye exam last night at the new Peeper's location next to Harris Teeter's, Ritchie Highway.   The new location is spacious,  bright and so inviting.  From the moment I walked in until I departed, the front desk team,  the eye technician and eye associate to help me pick out glasses were top notch and very helpful. They all really enjoy what they are doing and it shows.   I have to give my new Optometrist, Dr. Helena Wang a 5 plus star rating.  She was informative, made me feel at ease and was a very good Optometrist that explained the pictures that were taken and  the health of my eyes.  I would definitely recommend Peepers for your eye care.  It was a very rewarding experience and I will recommend Dr. Wang and Peepers to everyone.

Excellent experience with Tiffany here. Very clear pricing and options, with some nice discounts offered, particularly good if you are AAA or AARP. Great service getting a previous prescription faxed over from DC. Vast range of designer frames such as Tom Ford were tempting, but I opted for lens replacement for existing frames on this occasion. Reasonable pricing allowed for transition option to be added. 

Breath of fresh air after horrible experience with Eyes on Main in Annapolis.
