We had a wonderful experience at Priority Care Clinic. The facilities are top notch, the wait was short, and the staff all had an engaging and positive demeanor. When we got there my child was in a lot of pain and the treatment involved exacerbating the injury. The staff took the time to put her at ease. We will definitely go back (though hopefully we won't need to)!

Fantastic care! Being in the medical field I have been super happy and impressed with the staff and care here. Very friendly and caring staff. Highly recommended for all ages.

I will not hesitate to go to Priority Care Clinic in Severna Park the next time I need medical attention. I had to visit twice this past summer due to a sinus infection and a subsequent ear infection (unrelated). I saw separate PA's on each visit; Mason and Carol. They are both amazing. They actually listened to me, paid attention, and thoroughly checked me out before making a proper diagnosis. I had seen a doctor twice prior, who had diagnosed my condition as a viral cold that was just taking a long time to go away. She was wrong. Mason, and then Carol, diagnosed bacterial infections that were cleared up with antibiotics. The best part is the cost of the care. I was shocked to see how much lower the cost for their care was versus other urgent care clinics in the area. Also, the place is clean and I was seen immediately both times. If I could rate Priority Care 10 stars, I would!

Amazing every time! We have been here four times over the summer and have been greeted with smiles,in and out in less than hour(15 minutes today),and great follow up. Top notch people in clean and bright environment. Thank you for caring in our community.

Mother was discharged from hospital...had a cough didnt want to bring her back to ER. Greeted right away, completed paperwork and was seen asap. Staff was very friendly, compassionate and professional. PA was very thorough. Facility was immaculate. Highly recommend this urgent care over other facilities in Severna Park area.
