I’ve seen bank tellers held up at gun point who were more excited to be at work then the employees who work at this location. Upon entering the restaurant, the cashier who stood parallel to the door blatantly ignored us as we stood in line until we approached her and stood directly in front of her. After each item we ordered, she quickly responded with, “is that all?” before allowing us to provide her with the entire order. Once seated, our food was brought over. The new bourbon chicken leaves much to be desired. It is slimy and undercooked with artificial grill lines imprinted on the chicken. The dumplings we ordered were also paler and more translucent than an Ohioan visiting Florida on Spring Break and somehow colder after being “cooked” than they were in the freezer. Don’t waste your time eating this “food,” especially at this location.
First time in this chain of restaurants and we had a good experience. We didn't know what to order and Adhan helped us to decide, taking the time to explain each dish. Food is tasty and customer service 10/10. Parking: Easy to find.
Ordering was really easy. I went to peiwei.com and placed my order and within 5 minutes I was parked at the restaurant and I didn’t wait not even two minutes before my order was brought out to me. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was great and very fresh it was piping hot. Will definitely eat here again.

Worst Asian food anywhere near Winter Garden. Sitting around the house on a lazy Sunday and wanted to order take out. Mentioned this place to the wife and we have dined at Pei Wei in other locations and other states and always enjoyed the food. She didn't want to as we have always had horrible service dining in at this location but at least the food is alright. So I placed a take out order for Mongolian Beef, Pei Wei shrimp and some dumplings. Picked up in the few minutes that the said it takes to prepare. Well, her beef was all fatty and cold and my shrimp had a total of 6 shrimp white rice as I ordered and 4 sugar snap peas. The dumplings were all falling apart as if there was no consideration for placing in the to go container. Come on now, for $35 bucks plus tax you would at least present a decent product. Never coming back, which is a shame since I live right of Daniels rd. just a few blocks away. Never again will I support this particular location.
It's the same enjoyable experience every time. Hot food steaming in your face, made exactly to order. Its always clean and fresh inside. We always enjoy the atmosphere and seasonal decorations. Service is friendly, professional and polite. Come here on a bad day and you will leave warm and fuzzy :
The new manager, Marc is fantastic and definitely getting this place into tip-top shape. The cashier, Will, was very friendly and great at recommending suggestions and it was nice to meet one of the new cooks, Vic, as well! The food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean. Can't wait to come back.
So sorry not to have the name of the young man who served us today. He was excellent, from taking the order, to serve ing the food, and followup with the food at the table. This is a surprise, Asian food served this fast and tasting so good, to be honest my first time here. But this is somewhere I would frequent. Very pleased, Thank you!
Vivi was working the first time I came to eat at Pei Wei! What a great ambassador for the restaurant! What a sweetheart! So kind and patient! My second time I was helped by Mark! Another tremendous ambassador! So welcoming and helpful! Service was excellent! Great food and GREAT STAFF!!!!!
Update: This location struggles recently with order times. They said our order would be ready at 6:30 and my husband sat and waited for over an hour and our food wasn’t ready till 7:30. No apologies no I’m sorry, nothing. We are very disappointed. We come to find out the food has been sitting up front for over 30 minutes even after multiple attempts of my husband asking if our food was ready. Hopefully they get it together soon. We love Pei Wei! They have fresh delicious food cooked to order. Every now and then it can get extremely busy and you have to wait for your food, but it’s worth it. I highly recommend the honey seared shrimp. Staff is always friendly. The location offers inside and outside seating. Ordering through their app is easy. Don’t forget to join their rewards program to earn free entrees.
