My orders have never been totally correct using the online feature. Sauces, utensils and things requested have been missing, orders were never ready on time. The last time that I ordered the Power Greens, I got a tennis ball sized bottom core of cabbage and a 6" long hard stalk of kale. Those hard pieces were inedible, and should never have been in the bowl. When ordering online, the "Special Comments" field fails to transfer crucial notes to employees who prepare and pack the orders. My last 4 orders were not totally correct. After my last online order was wrong, I had to go inside to get it fixed, and wait another 20 minutes. I really dislike the upcharge for the Beyond product. The portion is so small as it is.  Not going to give this place too many more chances.  Vegetarian options: I am grateful that they offer the Beyond Chicken, but wish that there was not a  upcharge for it. That entree item is usually prepared well.

First time ordering Panda Express and my surprise was this beef with broccoli!! They just forgot the beef. I promise this is the real portion. No meat at all! Terrible!

I order some food today from this Panda express & I’m a panda lover, but I have to say this was so nasty. The rice was literally the worst I’ve tried in my entire lifetime. Rice was mushy, overcooked & not tasteful. I had to throw it all away & I also ordered broccoli beef & as you can see from the picture below the beef was nowhere to be found & the broccoli looked crazy. Just a terrible and frustrating experience.

I bring my mother here quite often. On my way to the emergency room, my sister, from Georgia and my mom stopped to get 1 entree  a piece. The drive through  woman was RUDE! She was short tempered and seems to be miserable in her life! When we got to the ER, my mom's plate has very little orange chicken and my sister's string bean chicken was string beans with one piece of chicken. The recept was also inside her entree! I am disgusted for them.  You have lost 2 people from eating at your restaurant.  None of us will ever return.

I noticed that their takeout Styrofoam and box for ordering extra sides have gotten smaller. The fried rice is also a hit or miss. Other than than that, there's enough seating inside or outside the patio. The bathroom is also well maintained clean in my every visit.Food: 4/5

Arrived there and told it was cash only that day. Staff did not even suggest paying with app. Had to think of it myself and so I left and ordered and then I had to wait for order to be fulfilled. They could have suggested this for me and filled my order. After all, the food is already there. Seems to happen a lot with cash pay only. Who carries cash these days anyway?

This location never has anything! Tonight, while I’m the drive through, the person taking my order started off by saying they no longer have orange chicken or teriyaki. I ordered a Kung pow chicken, and the cashier said, oh yeah, we don’t have that either. What a joke.

Walked in to get a meal, when getting to the cashier she wasn’t pleasant! I handed her a 100$ bill and she was like no sorry no change. It was her tone and attitude that instantly irritated me. Like I told her it’s all I have and she did not take any effort to see if she can get change. Like you mean to tell me a non stop restaurant has no change! I don’t believe it. Walked out eating nothing!

I was served the last of the rice which was hard and flavorless. I would give 3 stars if it weren't for the Orange chicken. The server was distracted and kept getting the order wrong. And adding things no one asked for.Food: 4/5

I like this Panda Express. The staff are friendly and the food is to my expectations. The store is pretty well maintained and clean. It's a popular place too. There's usually a crowd in line. One time the line in the store took too long and we decided to drive thru instead, and that was actually much quicker. It's hard to beat their prices based on their portion and quality too. Many times I can purchase the bigg It also helps that this Panda Express is in Winter Garden Village and offers a lot of shopping options when you are in the area.
