I've frequented this place about 2-3 times per year since 1998 and have always had a good experience.  We ordered food to go 2 nights ago only to get home and find a giant mosquito type bug in our ginger broccoli beef dish. My son discovered it becayse the antennas were moving!! We called and asked for a supervisor.  They did apologize and are sending 2 $10 gift cards. I'm hoping they will examine the food more carefully as they're putting it into the to-go containers!

I've never liked pei Wei. I don't know why i go back. The rice is always dry. All the dishes taste exactly the same. They use the same spices for all their dishes with the only difference being the veggies. I wouldn't call it Asian food. Pick up stix is a better option instead.

Always great food. Only reason it's not 5 stars is due to dairy products being in a lot of their menu items. Items you would not consider a dairy dish. Can be misleading for those with allergies/sensitivities.

Have been to this location prob 15 times and always had a nice experience. Food is very good and fast.
