My son had an appointment at 11 a.m. a few days ago. We arrived there at 10:45 a.m. and there was no one else in the waiting room. We were called back at about 11:15 a.m. My son and I then set in the room waiting on the doctor for over an hour. We did not leave the doctor's office until 12:30 p.m. When we finally arrived home, I received a phone call from Pelion Family Practice stating that my son missed his appointment that day. We definitely did not miss the appointment, they even gave him a school excuse lol, I have never seen a more unorganized doctors office in my life. They do not separate the sick patients from the well patients. My child could be there for a dentist appointment and be in the waiting room with a child who has the flu. Although the staff is friendly, they are also unprofessional and completely lost half of the time. I am currently looking for a new pediatrician, because this place is a joke.

There is no actual family Dr. They only have a nurse practitioners for the adult side. My kids have been going there since they opened in 2010 and I took one of my kids there last week and they made us do a new patient packet..I was like wth? ? Ms Moser told me that she would help get my seizure meds and guess what she never has/did.. so I have been going without it due to how expensive they are. You call and leave a message and your lucky if you get a call back in 3 days. :( Ms Tonya Gardner is very good if you are lucky enough to get in with her. The office people are very unprofessional & rude.

They should close this office before they kill someone but I'm sure they already have. Most incompetent so called doctors office I've ever seen. If I could give a -50 rating I would. Keep your family away from this place.

I love the dentist and her assistant! And staff is very pleasant!

Mrs. Moser is always helpful and listens to any problems. All of the staff is friendly and courteous. Never have long waits always a very prompt visit.
