This review is for the Pendleton Eisenman Rd store in Boise. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this store. We found some beautiful items thanks to the great help of Michael. Michael is a model employee for any business, and did Pendleton very proud. I actually left my brand new sunglasses in the store and then continued on to Salt Lake City. I freaked out and called the store. Michael found my sunglasses, got me to relax, and sent them to me via the mail. That is top notch service. Thank you!!

I had a great first experience here. This was the first time visiting this store. Charles I’m certain that was his name, the manager made my overall experience at this store worthwhile. He helped me look through multiple styles of coats and skirts to help me find my size. He was patient, prompt, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is clean and the ambience was well organized. I ended up walking out with beautiful outfits because of my experience here.

Thank you Michael & Heather for your excellent customer service.  The store looks amazing & I love, love, love finding amazing Pendleton deals.  Beautiful products & appreciate your product knowledge…not just on this visit, but, prior visits, as well!  I’ll be back this weekend.  You’re awesome!

Unfortunately my credit card and my wife’s credit card were declined. We are visiting from overseas. In fairness, the very nice lady who works there explained that the payment system doesn’t like any cards from out of town! Still annoying for Pendleton as they lost a $300 sale.

The customer service here made our entire experience! We had such a great time shopping with Charles and his co-worker I unfortunately forget her name - they transformed an ordinary shopping experience into an absolutely delightful one. It didn't hurt that there were lots of great products to browse through, either!

So I pulled into the parking lot at 5:55, and thought no one wants to be that guy! However I knew I would not be back in Boise for a while so I ran in and told the store employee I would be quick! He responded with take your time and enjoy, this being said Charles is a rockstar!!!! Super helpful in helping me find a few things for my wife as well as showing me a few new T-shirt’s that had just came in that I snatched up real quick! I never felt rushed in the least! Charles made my experience so enjoyable answered all my questions and had such a fun chat with him while I shopped, not only do they have amazing product but Charles’s customer service was just absolutely amazing! I will suggest this Pendleton store to everyone that will listen, I will for sure be back!!!!

I was a kid when the Beach Boys introduced  Pendleton  shirts to the world.  Overnight Pendleton shirts  were  the rage.  After living 4 years  in the  Boise, I went to the factory outlet  stores in Boise.   The first store I visited was the Pendleton outlet.   Boy oh boy  was I impressed with the many choices I had to purchase from.  As I wandered  through  the store I was starting to suffer from sticker shock.  Fantastic shirts at Beverly Hill prices.  I mean expensive. There was only one other person  in the store and they also surprised at the price tag.  I looked and even drooled over two beautiful shirts but did not buy.  I guess  a factory outlet store does not necessarily mean that they are not willing to sell their product at an affordable price point.  I walked out feeling Santa was not going to leave any Pendleton shirts under my tree this year.

Clearance and imperfect racks were priced extremely low and I had to really look to find the imperfections. Staff was very nice. The regular items were priced lower than I can find anywhere in southern California

I’m just leaving the Pendleton Outlet Store and Janet my sales associate was great!! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Walked out with a blanket, towel, and coat for a great deal. Will definitely return and hope Janet is working!!

I always love stopping at this store the have great deals on Pendleton blankets het tshirts etc. I am always sad that Pendleton has not adopted the use of merino wool in their clothing. It is still itchy.
