I went to Staples looking for an adapter cable. There were none in the store and no way to configure what was in the store to meet my needs. The Tech Sales Supervisor walked into the back and brought out his personal adapter which he handed to me. When I used it worked perfectly. Upon my return I had Sebastian order one for me just like his. This saved my company several days. Thank you Sebastian. Mark Ross

Brian and his staff are amazing! The customer service here is excellent, they are always so helpful. I have to brag about Thomas in the Print and Marketing Services. He was so helpful with a dyi project I was working on. When we printed it was not printing to his satisfaction. He worked with a few of us until we finally got it right. The final project was amazing, I couldn't be more pleased with it. He is very knowledgeable and he was very professional and nice while he was working with us. I hope this store stays open for a long time!

When I think of Moses Lake Staples I think of customer service. I've been a customer for over 10 years and I always return because of the assistance I receive at this store. If they do no have what I need in store they have a great online selection and will make the online order for me, and if they do not sell that particular item they are always more than willing to point me in the right direction. As a college student and now Teacher I love their Copy and Print because of the services they provide which saves me an incredible amount of time. Overall, I've been to many Staples stores and this is by far the best.

I don't understand how people can leave negative comments about a business and think it is funny. I have shopped at this store for many years and I have never received what I perceived to be bad service. Sure they get busy from time to time. Sure they make mistakes on rare occasion. However, the difference is they actually care. If you left without a smile i'd say its your fault. I have never had an issue that Brian or the staff could not handle or resolve. Keep it up Staples! I am glad you are here in our town.
