Went there to buy a fan switch and saw a new dishwasher on sale. Discount Closure. Great looking...great price. Above all, Mike was extremely patient and overwhelmingly helpful. He wanted that sale as much as we wanted the appliance. He went way over the top and held it for us. Put a sign on it an we bought it that night. Now, here's the clincher...Home Depot does NOT normally sell display floor model on appliances. You got to order them. Well, not the case here. I can say I am quite pleased and so is my girlfriend.

Home Depot was the best place to get the Maytag refrigerator that we wanted. They are quick to answer questions, or do research, if necessary!

I called to find out if my order was ready for pickup. I waited 14Mins Before anyone even answered. To be placed on hold for another 7 mins. As of lately when I go in there the customer service is not par. The employees who work up from have snobbish tones in their voices. I understand possibly having a bad day. But when most of them are having "bad days" more then one time I go in there? That's costumer service. Perhaps they need a retraining.
