I love Penn Station.  However,  the location on Broadway has repeated issues and I am starting to avoid it.  The last 3 times I've been, the food takes forever.  Though it's good, it is no way worth the wait.  Two out of the last three times the order was lost.  Please fix this location's issues so I want to return.

Above average subs and fries. A little pricey for what you get. Servers were friendly. Music was a little loud making ordering a lot of "what" back and forth.

I love some good fries with a tasty hot sandwich. This place has both. Staff is always nice, restaurant is clean, pretty fast for a made to order type place. One of my weekday go-to places. Go on Tuesday and you might get a free cookie sample! Bangin'
