Hired this company earlier in the week.  I was told they would come daily to check traps.  Last night we spotted a skunk a trap and called the company immediately so they would put us first on the list this morning.  3 calls to the company later (12:00pm). we are now told all the techs are in a meeting until 3 PM and no one is available to deal with the skunk that has been in the trap since 10:00 pm last evening.  Unacceptable service!  Unhappy customer who needs the company to address this situation to redeem itself.

We have been using Advanced Pest Management for years, ever since we purchased our house in Cinnaminson over 2 years ago and needed a termite inspection. We were so pleased with the thoroughness of the report that we kept them on for the termite control service and signed up for regular residential pest control visits. This company handles all of our exterminator needs including general ant, spider, cockroach control, rat and rodent control, bee removal service etc. This is kind of embarrassing but last year we got bed bugs and needed a bed bug inspection and bed bug control and removal service too. Luckily APM has our back and can help us out when we have these issues! They are a great commercial pest control company too.
