I went around Noon to take my picture for license renewal.  Staff was very quick with minimal wait time. Facility is modern and clean.

The new facility is great, modern, and spacious - a real upgrade from the old location down the road. I came in on a Thursday 9 am for drivers license replacement. Between form, payment, and photo, walked out with a new license in 20 minutes. Staff was courteous and professional. Kudos to PennDOT!

The greeter, Diane, is the worst DMV person I have ever encountered. I explained I needed a replacement license as our home just burned down and lost everything. She would not let me borrow a pen to fill out the form and then said I could not use the clipboard. The website I was directed to said cash is accepted but IS NOT. Had to go find a place to buy a money order. As  a taxpayer AND  vehicle operator and owner I do not expect a rude person at a counter when I first walk in. Will wait until Tuesday and go to Frazier, never ever had a problem there.

I actually travel to this location when renewing my license. The fastest DMV that I've ever been to.

I'm not a citizen of this country and I am here on a dependent visa. Went to pennDot for my driving license and there system didn't allow one for me. It's been 3 months, i am waiting for a letter from DHS without which I won't get the DL
