They froze my bank account because of two missed monthly payments for Child support. They took my tax return, and my stimulus check. I owe zero dollars in child support and I do not owe anything in rears. I am all caught up with payments and they will not unfreeze my bank account.  When I try calling they don’t answer. I leave messages they do not return my calls, also I have written several emails and they just won’t reply. Very unprofessional!

Be aware _ swindlers on duty  not all but some of them I guessing they took my 2 stimulus checks

The Montgomery county child support system has FAILED me and my child. I took my daughters father for child support after him being locked up for 2 of her 3 young years of life. He refused to help me with anything for her, or would promise and never do it. I was given a date rather fast, but only awarded 80$ monthly because he lied and claimed he paid rent at his residence with his mother, which after knowing this man for 4 years, I knew was a lie. They asked him for no proof of this, just nodded her head. So, a few months later, him paying late every month, and now this will be the third month without him paying, nothing has been done. I asked for a petition to modify, since he claims he can't watch her since he has gotten a second job, and they tell me I would have to pay. I call and tell them that he hasn't reported his new job, or even his old one .. and still they do nothing. I told the woman who issued me child support it is not fair that I am the one who provides everything for my daughter, while in college and working full time and her father can live life with no worries... and she told me "well that's because your her mother" okay, so because me and her father decided to have a child it's only my responsibility to take care of her ? Domestic relations has failed me and my daughter and is letting her father get away from the responsibilities he should be stepping up to.

I URGE ALL TO CONTACT YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND VOICE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH OUR CHILD SUPPORT SYSTEM IT IS OUT DATED AND CHANGES SHOULD BE MADE!! Our Pennsylvania Child support laws have failed us, in regards to emancipated children who will attend college.   Our lawyers are not being held accountable for not advising, stipulating and insisting in our divorce decree the continuation of child support in college. This is a failure on our lawyers and no one holds them accountable for this.  This should be a given to all not just those who have been married.  This should be a given to all Americans not only those States that law makers see a change needed, most recently the state of NJ, effective Feb. 2017.   As our Pennsylvania Law makers do not feel this is important and they should. I  Received my last child support payment today and have 2 children in college, my expenses will not go away, they will only increase.  Why is burden put all on the custodial parent to support our college age children. As everyone pushes and  supports continuing post secondary education,  why I am I baring the full expense as the other parent gets to WALK AWAY AND VACATION.  Something is wrong with the system and should be fixed!   I have contacted six Representatives and no response.  My own Representative said probably won't happen.  This effects the whole State not just Montgomery county.  For those seeking support and executing a divorce decree INSIST your lawyer not to fail  like mine did,  make sure child support is talked about, put in the decree,  Make sure you signed off you discussed it thoroughly, as there is no changing it once executed.  Help make the changes, contact your State Representative, they are the only people that can change the Laws!

These people are trained to abuse power in the name of the state, have completely taken service out of the main priority that is their job, and feel entitled, militant like an officer, and forget that we are the ones paying their wages. It is a disgrace the state has come so far to create a disconnect from its people and itself in those who work for it. I was just over talked to by a representative on the phone in the Child Support Dept., AMY, at this office and she ended up giving me a runaround and hanging up on me without letting me ask my question. "Do you know if EXPERTPAY payments post the same day they are sent to the state, as it takes 7- bank days to send but mine hasn't posted yet?" Not only did she not let me ask, but she posted me on speaker like an ongoing joke in the office like it's something they do all the time, which means it has been a learned behavior by those before her, when she got hired from wherever she came from, and the office has trained her not only that this type of service is OK, but to actually treat people this way! Just because someone pays Child Support does not mean you should treat them with disrespect.

I received a notice that my support was late.  I have been paying for 10 years and never late. Instead of contacting me nicely they send me a court date and threaten to put me in jail for being behind.  I gave them the check number of the payment.  They apparently lost it I made an immediate credit card payment to bring things up to date.  I figured this way I am sure they receive it.  Despite 5 phone calls noone will get back to.mr about the court date.  It should obviously be cancelled since I am up to date and the rececpiant ot the support and I have no issues.  They blow me off when I call and say someone will call me back.  Never happened.  Noe I have to take off work and waste my time, my child's mom's time and the court's time. They should be using this time to chase real dead beats instead of treating me like one What a waste of our hard earned tax dollars

I want to thank Jackie, i wish i  knew her last name. After years of not understanding things and feeling like nobody wanted to or could help me out, I finally got a great employee on the phone. The worst. Know matter how bad the mother is, don't put your kids through school, abuse kids, move out of state, and etc., they will support...Doesn't matter to them, they don't care about the kids just money. They are thieves.. Money hungry H

Im a case manager and brought my client here to support her to obtain records for spousal support and child custody. She was a mess. They would not let me in with her to provide support which is my JOB. Wouldn't even let me wait inside for her. Absolutely ridiculous. People need to have advocates present for these things, its why advocates exist in the first place. Terrible policy.

Havent missed a single payment but still make me go to court every month.. I just went to court yesterday for a payment I already made and now they are making me go again next week for the same things! This is ridiculous!!! I cant be taking off work to do this when I havent missed a single payment
