Pictures of the hotel looked real nice.  However, when I arrived, it was completely different.  There was no pool, no benches to sit on outside during a nice day. Room looked more like a motel. It wss dirty and old.   The sports bar was closed, and the staff forgot to give me my wake up call and I almost missed my flight.  The drivers was great and courteous. I am not used to staying in this type of hotel.  They need to invest in this hotel because it's very convenient to the airport.

Great price! Nice "huge" room. Slow elevator. Ice found on floors 5, 10 and 15! Lots of parking. Small but nice restaurant/bar. Chinese food just across the street. Nice Diner less than a block away on the corner!

Our "freshly cleaned" room was less than spectacular. There was crumbs all over the floor when we walked in. Blood splattered all over the bathroom. The breakfast was disgusting. The staff was only interested in leaving. The check in lady was rude, and the check out ladies were worse. The only good part about this hotel was it didn't have bed bugs.

Great breakfast for dinner meal. Shannon great waitress. Few places you can,get hot fresh decaffeinated coffee. Great meal

Service at the front desk was great! Room was terrible! To shower, there was no cold water and it says Bathrooms could've been nicer! Not nice! No HBO! The 3 stars was for the guy at the front desk, he did a great job!!!
