Rented a 26 foot truck for a cross country move.  Ended up needing to change the reservation pick up time twice and was very grateful that the reps were able to accommodate. Arrived to location at opening.  Truck was ready, clean, and in tip top shape.

Jay and Winston were extremely helpful and made my first time renting from Penske very pleasant and smooth. They provided exact type of truck that I was looking for, 16’ with lift gate, when I arrived although the info on the website is in accurate. They also helped to save money when I returned the truck three hours later rather than charge me for the entire day.

Excellent customer service and smooth and quick process to get a truck rental for the next morning. I would highly recommend them. I had previously booked a truck rental with a different company, Enterprise, 3 weeks in advance of my move and they called me the day before to tell me they didn’t have a truck available for me, but Penske came to the rescue when I reached out to them and they let me know they have several moving truck rentals available the next day for my move. I can’t thank them enough and will make sure to use Penske moving forward when I need a moving truck.

Choose Penske over Uhaul if you can! TLDR; our 16' truck got damaged no fault of Penske while on a cross-country move and Penske was awesome and helpful every step of the way.  First of all, if you play with the dates on the website for picking up, you can save as much as a thousand dollars off your rental. When you go in person, at least at this location, they were super nice and let me move back my pickup a few days until I actually needed it, and kept the same price.  But more importantly, the roadside assistance was great. Our brake line got severed I think something that was on the road pulled it out while driving down the highway in Ohio at 9 PM. Penske sent a mechanic to see if he could fix it roadside, then when he couldn't, a tow truck to tow us to a hotel. They paid for the hotel, sent another mechanic early the next morning who specialized in hydraulic brakes, and when he couldn't fix it, found us ANOTHER truck somewhat nearby to get us the rest of the way to our destination. At this point we're thinking, "oh no, are we going to have to move all our belongings ourselves between these two trucks, and on only a few hours of sleep at that..?" Nope! Penske sent us a team of two movers who did that for us and we were back on the road by 1 or 2 PM the next day. All in all, astounding quick turnaround for the amount of things that needed logisticizing, AND they called us the next day to make sure we could submit a reimbursement to get the money for the hotel back who calls to try and give money away?!.  We got the limited damage waiver like $200 more dollars, which I highly recommend! So there was no money out of pocket and honestly, we saved some, as we were going to have to stay in a hotel anyways...five stars.  And, the folks at this location were super nice!

Excellent customer service from Jay & Winston, competitive prices, clean modern vehicles. Best of all, it is fast & easy in/out with personal service and people who answer the phone! Unlike some other rental places where dealing with them is more painful than a root canal!

Dropped off my rental early in the morning. The agent was friendly and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Finding the entrance is a little difficult. It’s between the Penske office, and the Enterprise office.

Omg I’ll never go anywhere else in the future when I need a truck rental! Don’t even glance across the street!!! Friendly, quick, and efficient customer service.

No hassles. Easy to do truck rental. I've used them 4 times now; when I need a truck, that's where I go. A plus is the after hours return policy that they have. Good, trustworthy place; no games or surprises.

I lost out on a truck I had scheduled on a Friday. I called here and Zack found a truck for when he didn’t have any available. When I got there Jay help me out and between the two of them they saved the day and I was able to move my daughter out!

I reserved a van online. Showed up; no van…  The guy that worked there was nice and tried to help, but sadly with no vans there was nothing he could do.
