At one time, this was the best moving and install company on the west coast. Recently company was sold and is undergoing a learning curve while they figure out the business.

Their customer service representatives are very easy to work with. Their logistics service is effective and affordable. Two thumbs up!

Problem: Horrible service and delivery. After countless mess ups this business damaged our home- which they did resolve. Ordered furniture in May, and it is October and we still are yet to recieve the furniture. We have specified many times when we are available at the house, delivery is scheduled and then they either don't show up because of issues or once they arrive the furniture wasn't pre inspected as requested and once again we have to reorder. They were supposed to arrive yesterday on 10/14- scheduled 3;30-5;30. I asked and noted over 5 times at this point that we aren't home until 3;30. The delivery drivers called at 1:40 saying they were on the way. My husband called when he was almost home like we requested and the delivery company didn't wait 15 minutes. We have been waiting five months to get this furniture. WDI is a horrible company, the customer service over the phone doesn't care about you, they don't realize you can't run home from work to deliver furniture countless times and then once the furniture arrives have it be messed up even after you asked for them to prei-nspect it so we don't waste the time. Z gallerie has addressed the issue with the quality, but the issue isn't with the furniture, it's with the delivery company that keeps wasting our time and doesn't care. Now once again we have to wait for the supervisor to arrive to approve a delivery which will take 2 weeks then to schedule out so here we go again, another MONTH. Never use this company for your own move- they will either damage your house, cause a headache with the service, or waste your time! Absolutely the worst moving company to go with. They deliver for Z Gallerie, such a nice company chose this horrible delivery company. We have waited five months to get our furniture delivered. All because of the delivery process, the scheduled deliveries that are not scheduled properly and then they leave, or the furniture not being inspected and then brought over and over and taken away again. We have spent so much time being at the house, and once again having them either show up and leave again with another issue or schedule us weeks and weeks out all because they didn't wait fifteen minutes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I hired WDI for a move to a house in Central Oregon. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Scott in the front office who gave me an estimate and scheduled the move. The crew of Randy and Benjamin were great! They picked up furniture from storage in Portland and Central O. Then delivered furniture to a house in Central O and another house in Portland. They were personable, focused and efficient. The move went smoothly and without incident. WDI's prices were fair and VERY competitive. I would highly recommend this moving company!
