They did an amazing job packing and moving my disjointed stuff from one storage facility to another.  I didn't have to prepare anything.  They got it all done quickly, which was a godsend for me because I had absolutely no time to pack things up or to supervise their work.  I would highly recommend them.

Jessica and her team were extremely helpful and proactive in helping me coordinate the packing, loading and delivery to meet our specific timing for all three phases.  The movers were extremely nice, efficient and worked hard, and Mayflower was a $1,000 under the cost of another moving company.

I thought that the prices were reasonable, but I believe that out possessions could have been treated with more care. Average.

AVOID BY ALL MEANS, specially if a BEKINS / ITS GLOBAL move, which resulted in 30+ STOLEN boxes/items and dozens of CRUSHED/BROKEN items inside boxes. Between ITS GLOBAL, BEKINS, and West Side, you're better off leaving your stuff on street, where it's free.

Overall, a terrible experience.

Movers were poor in their performance and had no desire for customer service. They broke several items valued at well over $800. Was forced to deal with Cindi Crumley about my claim. After providing all the information, including pictures and the item numbers, I was offered a measly $60. The desk that they somehow completely broke was valued at $800. I highly recommend staying away from this company. There are plenty of other good moving and storage services in Portland. Terrible, terrible experience.
