Do NOT make the mistake of turning your truck into this place without being present.  I did get a great price on this rental, but the hassle of dealing with phantom charges was not worth it.  Either they are enormously incompetent or tried to scam me.  Find somewhere else to rent a truck, unless you can return it, on time, to a live person.

The whole story:
I made my reservation online, got a 15.95/day price, plus I added the $18 worth of insurance.  I used it one day, returned it 11:30pm same night, full of gas, and w/ keys and paperwork in the slot.  $.49/mi for mileage.  Drove about 100 miles.

Come Tuesday morning, my credit card has one charge for $37.11.  And a charge for $89.29.  When I call, confused, Jennifer tells me they didn't get the truck back until Monday.  I refuse to pay the extra charge, since I returned it Saturday night.  So I get to talk to Terry, a manager I assume.  He tells me the truck wasn't checked in until Monday, and they didn't get the keys until Tuesday!!!  Another story!
So now it's my word against theirs.  But I have a receipt for gas at 11:30pm that day at the gas station across the street.  Terry says that if I get him that, he'll get rid of the extra charges.  I do that, he says he'll take off the charges.  Alright, honest screw up on their part (not that he admits that).

A few days later, a credit appears on my card.  -$36.16.  What?  I call, and now she claims the charge of $89.29 was for just the day I used it.  (Implicitly meaning that they KNOW I returned it when I say I did.)  15.95+18+49.98 ($.49@102mi)+5.13 tax.  
Well that makes sense, but why credit 36.16?  Why not 37.11?  And if 89.29 was for just one day, there WERE no other charges for these other phantom days!  When she didn't understand this (truthfully or deceitfully), I gave up, and figured getting most of my money back was as good as was going to be worth it.

Two possibilities.  Maybe it was a mistake, maybe they are extremely stupid, left the original "deposit" on the card and then got confused as to the charges.  But both the woman and the manager had this late return story?  They even produced paperwork to show me the check in on Monday and keys on Tuesday.
More likely, they thought they could make some extra cash by leaving the "deposit" of 37.11 on the card, figuring I wouldn't notice. And when I did, they made up a story.
