How do your rates triple within one week? Rented with you one week ago and was very happy with everything. Today, some Rita rulebook employee decided she wouldn't accommodate me with a rental to be used for the same purpose as last week for less than triple what I paid last week. So, I took my thousand dollar, week long rental to Enterprise who understands the benefit of good customer service.
I've rented from this place three times. Great experience every time. They are up front and accommodating and reasonable, unlike the snakes at Uhaul up the street. They actually charge you what they say they will instead of lying through their teeth like the guy at Uhaul.
Great team! They really helped us get back on the road when we had an issue. Very creative and diligent workers. Also very accommodating.
Best rental agency out there. This particular location always has a large fleet of trucks. The vehicle are always in good condition. I use this place quite often and have never had a bad experience even tho I have been in the office when other patrons are being complete tyrants to the customer service people who have handled it with grace. You can’t always choose your customers but treating everyone with respect goes a long way. Kudos to the training team at Penske for helping their people deal with the myriad of issues people “claim” To have suffered.

I hope you are able to read this before you buy a truck here. Stay as far away from Scott, the yard manager, as possible. He comes off as a nice gentleman at first, but at the end of the day he is here to ruin you. I spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to get my business started and the final thing I needed to do was buy a truck. They told me the vehicle was ready the day before. I drove 200 miles to see it. When I got there the next morning , they told me the truck is not ready. I asked to at least see the truck since I drove so far, when the yard manager stepped away, we talked to the mechanic working on the truck. That mechanic was the most honest person at the dealership. he told us that there is a part that they need to fix and the yard manager said not to say anything about it. About it, he said that he was going to have a serious conversation with the mechanic because he doesn’t want him talking to any of the customers. They agreed to fix the part, and due to the recognized brand name, Penske I trusted them. Especially considering it is a tier 1 truck. Now this morning my driver called me and said the truck is broke down on the side of the road and will not move. Do not let them trick you as bad as they tricked me. I bought a tier 1 truck, so that problems like this would not occur within the first couple thousand miles of purchase. After all that, there’s no luck getting in contact with Scott. I’m writing this review as a warning to all buyers, and in hopes that someone from Penske will be able to help me. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau if no response given.
Been planning a move from Dallas to St Louis. U-Haul always seems to be the go-to for moving vehicles. A friend suggested Penske so I went online and got a bid for what I needed. The price was half of U-Haul wanted to charge. U-Hauls trucks always seem like they're 20 years old. Penske truck was a 2019 26-ft box truck. The truck was clean and well maintained. So if you need to move call Penske forget U-Haul unless you want an old truck and pay more money. Also the drop off for me was extremely easy and fast.
Get a diesel 26 footer. A pleasure to drive.
So, I have picked up several trucks here in the past. This time was the worst I have experienced. I reserved the truck three weeks ago and called them the day prior to pickup to make sure the truck was ready for me. The day I show up to pickup there was no customers I was the only one, and they had me wait for the truck to be ready for over half an hour! One star this time Penske! Now I have to rent it for two days because my pickup place closes before I can make two trips.
