This company has a lot of agents, so I'm sure that individual experiences with those agents will vary. The broker in charge, CB Williams, is very experienced and professional. I think that the issues raised in the bad reviews could have been solved if the customers took the time to speak with the broker. This is a good local company that provides great value to their customers. I wholeheartedly recommend them for Tampa Bay Area real estate services.

Roberto Diaz is an awesome agent. He goes above and beyond for his clients; Very professional and pleasant I most definitely recommend working with Mr. Diaz. He is an asset to the agency and they should consider hiring more agents like him.

Laura Sanchez- is a liar and took advantage of my mother when explaining all of the damages/unfit health hazard would be take care of and when it came down to it she act like she did not remember and was going back and fourth with us and her and the landlord was very rude and nasty and was putting everything on my mother but Laura was her spoke person Due to her not being present and represented the landlord and not the well being of the tenant that why I stepped in,her and the landlord Are far from professional, seek money only ! My mother lost a lot of money on promises and things that was noted on the lease to be address in the 24 hrs my mother never moved in the place and it was disgusting we have many photos and pics of everything. Please don't get took in avantage of as we did,Do your research when choosing a realtor agent please do not base it on their years but their professionalism, do what they say! We regret even dealing with Laura or this company.

The worst experience ever!!!! At the beginning the realtor didn't say the house had a lien, we were done with the inspection already, she was really hard to work with, didn't answer the phone calls when my realtor call. Finally she said the lien will be taken care of, we did the appraisal, After a month trying to close in a house, bank was ready, we were ready, the lawyer call and told us the house had 2 liens and they didn't know when they will be clear, we walk away but she put the house again on the market. Dishonest realtor. If you need the name of the realtor ask me for and I will tell you the address and the name of the realtor. Run from her!!
