What a scam!! Their customer service is an absolute joke! The guy told me that I couldn't get a tire rotation because my tires on the back were my good tires, it's a front wheel drive! Regardless of what this know it all "thinks" my tires are due for a rotation. He then proceeds to inform me that I will need to replace my two front tires before winter, I tell him they are less than a year old! He tells me oh no they aren't, and proceeds to argue with me about MY tires! And tells me that they aren't even the same 4 tires! It's really sad when you have to run from a free service because the ones providing the service know absolutely nothing about what it is they do. Please stop treating people like they are idiots, and remember you are there to provide a service.

I would love to reach out to that email address you provided for me,  but by the looks of it you don't do anything about the problems at hand so I guess I will just be grateful that none of your employees touched my car and I have found educated people to take care of my needs.

I got here at 10:50 am for my 11 am appointment and was told that it would take 60 -90 minutes to put on the 2 tires.  When I checked in at 1:00 to get a status, I was told that they were putting the lug nuts on my car and they were going to bring it out. Fast forward another hour the car was still on the rack.  I didn't get out of there until 10 minutes after 2.  3 hours of my day gone for 2 tires.  Never again!

Today is the 3rd time they've had my car. It's like they hold it hostage. First time I had an appt @ 1:00pm. Dropped it off was told they'd give me a call. Around 4 I called, they hadn't even begin to look at it. Mind you I only needed a pressure test done! 7:30pm I called again they were just about to look at it. 8:30 they called don't have a tool to do test wanted to keep my car overnight but I work at 5am next day. Picked it up, rescheduled appt but could not leave my car this time. They assured me it'd be fine right away. Go in next day they told me I had to leave it, they couldn't start it for awhile. I left. All I needed was a pressure test. 30 mins tops! Last night had it towed to pepboys my battery died need a new one. Today it's not 1:18pm and they still have not even pulled my car into the bay!!!! Told me they do appts first but yet both of my appts were absolutely not abided by! They could of cared less about my appt times. Now all I need is a new battery installed and they've had my car for 18 hrs! I'm not 1 to usually complain I understand things take time especially vehicle work.. however they are completely in over their heads or just can't manage time. This is the last time I will EVER take my car back to Pepboys.

I've gone to Pep Boys for tires, a  battery, and 2 brake jobs in the last 3 years and have always had great and courteous customer service from every service team member be it Edwin, Mandeep or Andy. They called me to let me know immediately upon any problems and promptly when the service was complete. I've also had problems getting quick service with an appointment as others have complained but sometimes it's just too busy. When you do reasonably priced work with pleasant customer service and coupons and special deals to boot you may be busy!
