Five star service all the way. That moment I pulled up and was parking my vehicle, someone was headed to my vehicle to greet me and asked me what I needed done. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was good to be greeted by a fellow veteran that work there. The festivities was stupendous from the cleanliness and organization of the Bay, to the waiting room with a popcorn machine, couch, fridge and Keurig machine. Everything from top to bottom with spic and span and overall made for the most Pleasant oil change I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Dynamic auto has not saved me once but twice! I’ve had two nails in my tires and each time they took me right away and plugged it with a very sturdy plug. They have been awesome!

Very fair and honest repair shop.  They provided me with a quote and detailed recommendation of what was needed to repair my car, and gave insight and valuable opinions to what was absolutely needed today and what could potentially wait a month or so, due to budget concerns.  I will definitely bring future cars and business here.

Friendly and helpful! Considerate and caring! Amazing, old fashioned customer service! Jason went above and beyond to get my wife’s Honda Odyssey  back on the road this week.  The work came in well under the initial estimate.  The service area was super clean and the staff was amazing.  There aren’t many businesses these days where you are greeted each time by name.  The communication about the repair was both prompt and thorough.  Highly recommend Jason and the crew at Dynamic.  Thanks guys!

On my way this morning from Arlington VA to Harpers Ferry WV in my 2006 BMW 325i, at about 9:30, an engine trouble light went on (with an accompanying bell), informing me that one of my tires was already deflated or becoming deflated.  I exited within a few minutes from I-270  to find a garage to troubleshoot the problem, and by mere chance ran directly into Dynamic Automotive.  This could not have been a happier coincidence for me or the car.

I was greeted and treated warmly by the Customer Service Manager, Jason, and quickly written up so that the car could be turned over to the Service Manager, Stu.  With the best of intentions, Stu  -  and his very able staff, whose names I regret not getting  -  proceeded to determine if the flattened tire could be repaired.  Unfortunately, there were two punctures and the tire could not be saved.  Stu then proceeded to make numerous phone calls to find the exact tire to replace the bad one.  He must have spent close to an hour on a number of calls, with numerous "please hold" comments on the other end, before finally locating a tire, going to a competitor's shop to pick it up, and see that it was properly installed, with no detail left undone.   And while managing these tasks, he found time to come up with a large Milk Bone treat for my little dog to chew on, thanks to Stu's intrepid use of a hammer to make small pieces for the little guy.     

All of that completed and I was on my way.  In summary, a very fair price (particularly given all of the overhead I incurred to get just the right tire) and truly extra-mile, outstanding service.  Urbana, you are lucky to have this business in your town!

PS  An update.  Prior to my post of this review, I received a phone call from Jason informing me that an internal review of my invoice revealed a clerical/mathematical error in my favor, and that they would be sending me a check in the amount of $36.  Wow!
