You people have one hell of a scam going on. I spent $99 for nothing! Now I know why most people hate you. Nothing was done like what we talked about the day before I took my car in. You people make us all sick to our stomach after being there. Learn something about cars and how to NOT BS people for your own entertainment. And YES I'm going to spread this story all around and into places you don't even know exist. Telling you won't do anything but I have papers for what you call "work". I basically gave you a gift of $100 for nothing,,, you're screwed.

Horrible experience and messed up vehicle due to a local store. We've been fighting 2 weeks to be contacted as we requested a refund and was told over 2 weeks ago that we would get a phone call and email regarding it by the next day. Called on a Friday and was told by Saturday morning. We contacted again. This past Friday and still nothing.

Honestly doesn't deserve any. But I went in on March 6 to get back lights switched. I brought up the lights that wanted switch to find out they didn't do it at all. Went into the store the shop manager was extremely rude wanted to be right and when I asked to speak to someone higher then him he said that he is that he is the highest and I can't talk to anyone. I asked for his name and a number and he said no. The shop is a joke. I got a refund but not after hearing the the shop manager belittle my knowledge on my car and what lights were out. Horrible experience!

I take my car to Pepboys pretty much because it's cheap. But I'm done with them. I  stopped going to the exton location because they take all day for something as little as an oil change. What's the point of an appointment if they never are on time. Last year I took my car to the WC location for an oil change and I was in and out in no time. So I'm like yes I'll take it there for now on. Ha fooled me! I scheduled an appointment Last week for Tuesday 5/2 8am. I dropped my car off Monday night so it would be there nice and early for them. My fiance and I figured everything out she would drop me off and pick me up. Our schedules are already hectic with 5 kids and 10 different places to be being down one car is a problem but we figured it out. So I'm at work its around 1 and heard nothing from them so I called..the phone rang and rang and of course no one answered. I called back at around 4pm and they finally answered. "Sorry sir we are taking it back now our one tech got caught up with another vehicle." Ok cool I get off at 5. So around 430 I called Bach to check on it. "I'm calling to check on my car." Silence then... "I'm sorry sir we will get it back now and it will be ready in 35 min." Still calm like I always am I say ok. My fiance picks me up at 5 of course she's pissed because we have concerts tonight and cant pick it up by closing. So she said I'll drop you off and meet you at the school. We get there the car is parked yay they got it done hmmm its still in the same spot I parked it! I go in of course had to wait 10 min just for someone to ask if they could help me. " I called not that long ago about my car. She had a look on her face like oh sh** . " I'm so sorry sir it's been busy." The tech came over and said he's been stuck on one car all day. Are you kidding me!!! "We can reschedule you." No thanks! Took my key and left. It was there overnight they never called to say they were busy and hadn't gotten to it yet..they dont answer their phone and they lied to me several times. I called the store and got the number to the service manager and of course he's not returning my call. I'm done never again. No excuse for this.

Fair warning. If your claim is being handled by Brenda Bey, she is extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone. Pep Boys #1720 destroyed my wheels with their metal duck head on January 7th. It is now Feb. 13th and my wheels still have not been repaired or replaced by them. She has made me responsible for figuring out pricing when in fact it should have been the store’s responsibility in the first place. I wasn’t notified within the time frame the store told me I would be. It has been over a month and they have done absolutely nothing.
